Due to the delicate nature of the details provided (name, physical address, phone number, email address and credit card details), we strictly do not disclose this data to any party other than The AIM Companies™ (the official manufacturer of all products available through Foster’s Health and the company through which orders are placed). This means that we do not give this information away, we do not sell this information and we do not make this information available to any other individual and/or business.
Foster’s Health does not collect any data discretely, implying that all data one may provide to us is explicitly asked for. The purchase of all AIM products comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you experience dissatisfaction of any kind with a product, the product may be returned to the company. If said product is returned within 30 days of the original purchase, a full refund (not including initial shipping fees) or product exchange will be awarded to you. Refunds are limited to one bottle of product per purchase.
If, in the rare case, product is damaged during the shipping process from the company, this product will be replaced. The condition for this replacement, however, is that the correct claim procedure is undertaken. If you receive damaged product/s directly from shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within THREE DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ODER.
Under the circumstances where one does not receive their order within 10 working days, please email us at email@example.com and we will try to rectify this as swiftly as possible.

Private shipping for South Africa is done through Dawn Wing couriers, in which your products will be delivered directly to the shipping address provided on our “Checkout” page. Delivery via Dawn Wing couriers can take up to 72 hours, excluding weekends. Shipping costs are based on weight according to the below-guidelines:
